- We have a solid 11 teams and are working on a 12th team, if you are interested or know someone interested in playing, get ahold of Nick Cinalli 304-657-5663.
- We will be starting play on Monday May 4th, and the Championship will be on Friday August 21st.
- We will NOT play on Memorial Day or July 4th week.
- The schedule will be published by Monday April 20th.
- Captains, PLEASE call one another on days that you play to make sure each team has enough players. If you do not, IT IS UP TO THE TWO CAPTAINS to find a day to reschedule. There will be two open courts on Wednesday’s at 7:00, but when you reschedule, please let Mike Painter know, so he can get it on the schedule.
- Make up games need to be completed by July 20th.
- We will play each team once, everyone will make the playoffs and after the first week of the playoffs, week two we will reseed according to your record and 1/2 will get a bye, 3 vs 6, 4 vs 5, week three the winner of 4 vs 5 will play 1 and winner of 3 vs 6 will play 2 on Monday August 17th and then the winners of those games will play in the Championship on Friday August 21st. All times of the playoffs will be on the schedule.
- No one is allowed to sub during the tournaments.
- Dues will be $20 and due to your team captain by May 26th.
- Team captains will submit the team’s money, names, and numbers of players to Richard Campione by June 1st. Richard will then create a master list with names and numbers of all players.
- Each team will need to have at least 2 upstanding members on it, but do not have to have 2 members playing each game.
- Mike Painter and possibly Natalie Morris will be keeping track of the records.
- If the two teams that make it to the championship are interested and it is not too late to enter teams into the Italian Festival tournament, the league will pay the entry fee for both of those teams.
- We are going to have a mid-year meeting with the captains and anyone else who wants to attend on Wednesday June 24th at 5:00 at the bocce courts.
- AJ Romino – can you please organize a workday on the courts and let Don Metz know when it will be, so he can get it emailed out and put on the Facebook page.
