The Knights of Columbus, in partnership with the Pierpont Foundation Culinary Arts Department, will host an Elimination Dinner on April 18, 2026, with Social Hour starting at 5:30 pm. The Dinner will feature a Mediterranean-inspired Spring Feast prepared by Pierpont College’s Culinary Academy, highlighting the talent of Pierpont’s culinary students with a fresh, herb-forward menu of comforting proteins, seasonal vegetables, and bright flavors. The dinner will also feature a $ 2,000.00 Grand Prize to the lucky winner of the drawing. Look forward to higher amount tip boards and reduced drink prices during the event.
